Если не фантазия то вроде в Турции (Оттоманской империи) судя по оформлению искать надо.

1294 = январь 1877 \ январь 1878 г. Но не заметил надписи Миср = Египет

На вскидку , быстро, посмотрел у Пика, в спец.выпуске и в выпуске по 1960г., в Турции и Египте - ничего похожего нет.

Кое-что по этой теме (знакомый турок обьяснил). Это не денежный знак, скорее всего подтверждающий документ или квитанция. В виньетке (верхняя часть документа) написано : документ/квитанция N 10. В тексте говорится, что в присутствии свидетелей (2-х, имеющих работу в этой стране?), подтверждается, что этот документ имеет цену. В присутствии свидетелей один человек/покупатель сделал первую выплату, а другая сторона эту выплату получила. Что подтверждается этим документом. В нижней части стоит круглый штамп с указанием года (1292)и надпись, обозначающая типа гербовой марки или налоговый сбор. На обратной стороне:слева- две подписи свидетелей, справа- их фамилии.
Судя по тому, что в тексте не упоминаются ни фамилии, ни суммы, ни привязки к местности, то это только часть (подтверждаящая) документа. Примерно так.
