Obverse
The main motive is the solemn act in which Venustiano Carranza, Mexico’s president at the time, next to the chairman of Congress at the time, Luis Manuel Rojas, is sworn in before the Constituent Assembly after amending the Constitution.
Reverse
As the main image, congressmen appear swearing to observe and enforce the Mexican Constitution.
The banknote’s predominant colors are red and yellow.
